The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™ helps organizations discover what it takes to build a truly cohesive and effective team. The Five Behaviors profile provides both individual and team feedback and provides clients with the opportunity to learn how, as a team, they score on the key components of the model.

Team members will develop a meaningful understanding of themselves and their peers, which will help them to create better, stronger, cohesive teams. 

A cohesive team needs to master five behaviors:

  • Building trust
  • Mastering conflict
  • Achieving commitment
  • Embracing accountability and
  • Focusing on results.

Each behavior builds on the previous one, so the behaviors should not be addressed in isolation of one another.
